Currently, the AMR team wants to develop elearning courses about standard malware content so that future AMR agents can take background courses before being formally trained on specific support type calls. Every year during the first quarter, networks and stations adjust their pricing for the year. With these changes, DISH Network will have to adjust the pricing and promotions for their current and new customers. Call center agents must be familiar with the changes to promotions and pricing so that they are able to help customers efficiently while scoring high in the customer service satisfaction survey. They must be able to apply this to their current job requirements so that they can impact sales and customer satisfaction. The building of this Ed Web spanned two courses and semesters. It was challenging to learn learn the technology to create it, while also conducting a significant analysis and design plan. Produced 2009

This presentation makeover project is a former 30 minute module in a complete course that lasts eight hours is now a kiosk style presentation. The presentation gives a lot of information, but does not meet the application objectives for the course. The follow is a list of changes being made to the presentation:
1. Add higher level objectives and activities that support do activities.
2. Incorporate a higher level overview or “gist” for the audience.
3. Add in self navigation and agenda features so the audience can relate the big picture.
4. Add in a human element such as stories, emotional connection, value or hook for the audience, or analogies.
5. Add in images and animations to increase understanding and lower the cognitive load memory to make it attractive to the audience. Produced 2011
This project allowed for updates to be made to current material using design and learning theories to improve delivery of the training.

We created the call trending course to train agents on the new format of the form as well as how to trend the new types of calls that they were going to start trending.
